Our Services
Start with a clear plan before committing significant time or money. We help establish your project brief, priorities, approval pathway, consultant requirements, programme and key risks, providing a practical roadmap from the initial concept through to delivery.
We coordinate the design and consultant process through the appropriate DA or CDC pathway, then help progress the detailed documentation and approvals required for construction. The objective is a coordinated, buildable and properly documented project that is ready to be priced and delivered.
We prepare and manage a structured tender process so builders price the same clearly defined scope. Submissions are compared on a like-for-like basis, gaps and qualifications are identified, and the preferred builder and contract terms are carefully reviewed before you commit.
Once construction begins, We act as your representative to oversee the builder’s programme, cost, quality, risks and contract matters. Our involvement ensures you have an expert in your corner when it matters most and that the project is delivered as expected.
